Our experience with Edina reality went great. We were searching for our 1st home together, after renting for a few years, in the North Metro area. We started looking at some foreclosures and some regular listings. We found the Edina website MLS extremely helpful, and were able to narrow down our house searches, and look at foreclosed properties separately. Pramod brought us to all the homes we wanted to look at and was very helpful with the offer making process. While dealing with bank owned properties can be a challenge, Pramod and Sangeeta were always looking out for our best interests. We found our dream home in Blaine, and our offer was accepted!!! Pramod went above and beyond the normal, even meeting with us on a Sunday evening. The only thing I would change is that we should’ve used an Edina Reality recommended title company. The bank’s title company was difficult to work with. Thank you again!!

He reflected on my answers and said “I recommend we change our approach. He suggested we focus on neighborhoods that were better for in vestments than those I was looking at and keep looking until we could locate a quality house that I could afford. "The Uncle-Niece team was excellent to work with. We found them to be very helpful from our initial meeting, when they sat down with us to really understand what we felt about the house we were about to list, both its strengths and changes that were necessary before listing. Their advice, assistance, and recommendations of a handyman led to 3 offers in the first 3 days of listing. They even handled a potentially problematic situation very well, when our buyer considered pulling out of the deal after we had already closed on our new house.
On the buying side, their advice on offering price got us 5% off the list price. And when the seller didn't have their paperwork in order on the day of closing, Pramod uncle and Sangeeta were able to quickly reschedule the closing. Finally, when the sump pump failed on the first day after closing, their assistance helped us recover most of the repair fees we incurred as new homeowners.
And one thing I didn't mention is that uncle had suggested an offer $2000 less than we settled on when buying our new house. Had I listened to him then.... 
I will work with them again, and recommend them without hesitation."
